Semi Automatic Block Making Machine QT4-24 Daily Maintenance & Lubrication Rules

Daily maintenance is the key to prolong the service life of the equipment and ensure stable production, and it is required to be completed by the operator every day, with simple operation and no additional professional tools.

Before Operation Maintenance

• Clean the surface of all equipment (host machine, mixer, conveyor) to remove dust and concrete residue.
• Check the tightness of all bolts and nuts, and fasten the loose parts in time.
• Check the lubrication state of each lubrication point, and add lubricating oil if it is insufficient.
• 

After Operation Maintenance

• Cut off the total power supply of the production line to ensure maintenance safety.
• Clean the host machine mold (upper and lower mold) thoroughly, remove all concrete residue in the mold, and keep the mold clean and smooth to avoid mold sticking in the next production.
• Clean the mixer hopper and mixing blade, remove the remaining raw materials, and prevent the raw materials from solidifying and damaging the blade.
• Clean the conveyor belt, remove the raw material residue on the belt, and check whether the belt is deviated or damaged.
• Clean the brick trolley, remove the concrete on the trolley, and lubricate the wheel shaft.
• Record the daily operation status of the equipment, including running time, production capacity, and abnormal phenomena, for subsequent maintenance and troubleshooting.

Regular Lubrication Rules

Lubricating Oil Type Requirements

• Vibration box of host machine: Use 15#-17# motor oil in winter; use 18# hyperbola gear oil in summer (suitable for different temperature environments in developing countries).
• Reducer, guide rail, firing pin system, rotating shaft: Use general industrial lubricating oil (easy to purchase locally).
• Mixer blade shaft, conveyor roller shaft, brick trolley wheel shaft: Use lithium grease (anti-wear and waterproof).

Key Lubrication Points & Cycle

• Host machine guide rail and firing pin system: Add lubricating oil per shift (ensure flexible movement).
• Host machine reducer and vibration box: Check the oil level every week, and replace the lubricating oil once every 3 months (drain the old oil and add new oil).
• Mixer mixing blade shaft and conveyor roller shaft: Add lithium grease once every 2 days.
• Brick trolley wheel shaft: Add lithium grease once every week.

Lubrication Note

• Do not mix different types of lubricating oil to avoid chemical reaction and reduce lubrication effect.
• The lubricating oil should be added in an appropriate amount, not too much to avoid oil leakage and pollution of raw materials.
• The lubrication points should be kept clean, and dust and impurities should be removed before adding lubricating oil.
• 

General Maintenance Note

• All electrical equipment should be protected from oil and water immersion to avoid short circuit and electrical component damage.
• The machine body should be kept clean at all times, and no raw materials, tools or other sundries should be placed on the equipment.
• The maintenance tools should be placed in a fixed position, and it is forbidden to place the tools randomly on the equipment to avoid falling into the machine and causing mechanical failure.
