Pre-operation Preparation

• Operator Training: The operator must master the basic performance of the machine, the function of each button on the control panel, the safety operation rules and the mutual cooperation of each equipment of the production line. No operation without training is allowed.
• 
• Raw Material Preparation: Prepare cement, stone dust, sand and other raw materials according to the mixing ratio, and ensure that the raw materials are free of large impurities to avoid damaging the machine.
• Lubrication Work: Add lubricating oil to all rotating parts, guide parts, reducer and other lubrication points of the whole production line (host machine, mixer, conveyor). The lubrication points must be filled with oil to ensure flexible operation of the machine.
• Site Preparation: Clean the production site, ensure that the ground is flat, and there is no obstacle around the equipment to ensure the smooth operation of the brick trolley and the safety of the operator.

Pre-start Check Items

Electrical System Check

• Check whether all electrical wires are loose or fallen off due to vibration, and fasten the loose parts in time.
• Turn on the residual current protective device, check whether the electrical system is normal, and whether all safety insurance devices and position sensors are reliable.
• 
• Ensure that the machine body is connected with the grounding screw for grounding protection to prevent electric shock accidents.
• Mechanical System Check
• Check the tightness of the V-belt of the host machine, mixer and conveyor motor, and adjust the loose belt in time (not too tight to avoid belt damage).
• Check whether the mold (upper and lower mold) of the host machine is clean and free of concrete residue, and whether the pin and hole are aligned.
• 
• Check the rotation direction of the vibration box of the host machine and the conveying direction of the conveyor to ensure consistent with the marked direction.
• Auxiliary Equipment Check
• Check whether the mixer hopper is clean and whether the mixing blade is intact.
• Check whether the conveyor belt is deviated or damaged, and adjust the deviation in time.
• Check whether the wheel of the brick trolley is flexible and whether the brake is effective.

• Pre-start Note

• The power switch and cable of the production line need to be prepared by the user by themselves, and it is recommended to use the cable matching the total power of the equipment to avoid overload.
• It is strictly forbidden to start the machine without load check, and it is strictly forbidden to start the host machine alone without connecting the auxiliary equipment (mixer, conveyor) in the production line.
• 

After the check is completed, conduct a no-load test run of the whole production line for 5-10 minutes, and start formal production only after confirming that all equipment is running normally.
